The purpose of the Fun & Fellowship Committee is to plan, organize and publicize all parish fellowship events.

A sample list of events includes receptions for Confirmation, Evensong, and convocational initiatives that are hosted at St. Christopher’s. We also handle “behind the scenes” work for parish brunches and the annual Holiday Covered-Dish Dinner.

Our largest function is the annual Shrove Tuesday Oyster Roast. This event is hosted at St. Christopher’s with joint support and participation from St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church.

We are available to make recommendations, such as cost and manpower needs, for a particular parish function. If you lie to plan events or just work behind the scenes, this is the commission for you.
