Welcome to
St. Christopher’s!

At St. Christopher’s we strive to be a warm welcoming parish where our members can be challenged in their relationship with Jesus Christ.  People and our relationships with one another and God are at the heart of who we are and what we’re about.  We invite you to “Come and See” for yourself.

Join us each Sunday for Rite II Holy Eucharist and Wednesdays starting September 12th for Celtic Evening Prayer with prayers for healing.

But do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.   Hebrews 13:14, 15

Worship is the focus of the Music Ministry at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church. Membership in any musical ensemble is open to anyone interested in preparing and presenting sacred music.

Every Sunday, children (birth to age 5) may be brought to the nursery in the administration building from 9:45-10am for supervised play.

Join us each Sunday for Rite II Holy Eucharist and Wednesdays starting September 12th for Celtic Evening Prayer with prayers for healing.

Christian Formation meets after the service. Clergy or lay-led, our education program offers meaningful discussion of Scripture’s application to our daily lives in the Episcopal tradition of inquiry.

St. Christopher's Church is a growing and vibrant Episcopal community in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where we strive to reveal the light of Christ as a beacon of love in the world.

The Story of the Bible

(using the book “30 Days to Understanding the Bible” available on Amazon)

We hear snippets of Scripture each Sunday in our worship and participate in Bible studies of particular sections of the Bible, but sometimes it’s hard to see from close up how the pieces all fit together.  This class/discussion is a survey of the grand epic story of God’s redemptive work from Genesis to Revelation.  We’ll explore how he has spoken through his Word to us in the past, how he continues to act in the present, and where the redemption story is headed.
