This service incorporates the richness of the Episcopal liturgy with traditional hymnody as well as occasional songs of renewal during the Eucharist.
7:30 p.m. - Service of Compline
(The last Sunday of the month)
The Compline is a monthly service of readings and prayers, led by lay or clergy officiants. This saying of the Office is one of the most ancient of Anglican forms of worship that stems back to the early seasons of monasticism as the final service of the day before bedtime.
5:30 p.m. - Healing & Holy Eucharist
Come and be refreshed as the Holy Spirit moves through this meditative service incorporating readings, silent reflection.
Birth - Kindergarten: Every Sunday, children may be brought to the nursery in the Parish Hall between 9:45 and 10:00 for supervised play. Children will be returned to their parents in the sanctuary before communion.
Grades 1 - 5: From September 24,children’s Sunday School will begin in the Sanctuary as children sit with their families. After the Collect of the Day, the children will process out with Meredith Lockamy, our Children’s Ministries Director, for a lesson. They will return to church for Communion.
Adult Sunday School meets in the Parish Hall after fellowship time, about 11:30 AM. Various discussion topics and programs are offered, September - May.
From September to May, aservice with Holy Communion and Healing begins at 5:30pm, followed by dinner at 6:15pm, and a program at 6:45pm. The choir rehearses at 7:30pm.Let Fr. Jim know by Monday of each week if you’ll need childcare and/or nursery.
Bible Study is held the first and third Monday of the month, September - May.
